1. Cancellation Terms and Conditions

Any withdrawal from the workshop must be formally communicated via email.

• Notice of more than 7 days: (On or before March 20) 50% refund.

• Notice of less than 7 days: (From March 21 onwards) No refund will be issued. The full fee will be retained for organizational costs.

2. Urgent Communication for Registered Participants

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Mandatory Confirmation of Attendance

We kindly inform all registered participants that, due to technical and organizational requirements regarding class formation and logistical planning for the final fashion show, it is strictly necessary to confirm your attendance.

Please be advised that access to the course premises will be denied to any participant who has not provided the mandatory confirmation by the deadline. Without such confirmation, your name will not appear on the official entry list for tomorrow’s session.

Should a participant be unreachable or fail to provide explicit confirmation by Monday, March 23, the organization reserves the right to treat the position as an official withdrawal. The spot will be reassigned, and the registration fee will be non-refundable.
