Giovanna, musicista e vocalist, si distingue per uno
stile ed un gusto particolarmente sofisticato
e raffinato. Con un'esperienza affinata negli Stati
Uniti e in Europa, e' capace di sperimentare
e di spaziare con estrema naturalezza dall'opera alla musica Folk Mediterranea alle pagine piu'
impegnative della tradizione jazzistica.
Pluri premiata ai MUSIC AWARD del 16th Annual International Los Angeles Music Awards come Migliore Cantante Latin Donna e Autrice del 2006 e Miglior Album World Music "Jungle e Maree" dell'anno, album che ha scritto e prodotto. E' l'ideatrice del metodo di canto CROSSOVER (di cui ha pubblicato il libro in italiano e inglese) e del network mondiale METODO DI CANTO ROSSOVER. Si divide tra l'Italia e gli USA dove tiene corsi, stage e campus sul suo metodo e collabora con musicisti di fama internazionale.
E' la fondatrice della Venice Voice Academy,
direttore artistico della VelvetBee Records, e
collabora nell'area Californiana con l'Istituto
Italiano di Cultura e con la San Gennaro
Foundation.
Perfezionatasi alla UCSD di San Diego con KEN
ANDERSON in Gospel e Jazz, con il maestro SETH
RIGGS a Los Angeles ed Aida Claretto Prestia in
Lirica. Giovanna annovera consulenze vocali a
300/500 cantanti l'anno.

Giovanna is a musician & vocalist with a very
sophisticated and refined style and taste. This is due to her extended experience both in Europe and in the United States of America; experience that gives her a chance to experiment in a very natural way from the opera & the Mediterranean Folk music to the most emotional & difficult jazz compositions.

Renowned Italian vocal coach, Giovanna holds
classes & seminars in Italy & USA with her personal vocal system CROSSOVER SINGING METHOD (the book released is in Italian and English). She lives both in Italy and USA where she held master class based on her method and collaborates with well known musicians.
She is the founder of the Venice Voice Academy, music director of the VelvetBee Records and she collaborates in the California area with the Italian Cultural Institute and the San Gennaro Foundation.
She has perfected her vocal skills, Gospel and Jazz styles, with KEN ANDERSON at U.C.S.D. in San Diego, while she has advanced her vocal technique with Maestro SETH RIGGS and Bel Canto with the Maestra AIDA CLARETTO PRESTIA. Clients include 300/500 singers per year.
